Over thirty years ago, my father put Washington insiders on defense and completely transformed DC’s business-as-usual mindset with a conservative revolution. He stood strong for pro-growth, pro-life, and pro-family principles that helped us rediscover American Exceptionalism and economic prosperity.
In 2012, Texans have the opportunity to send a Reagan Republican with these same principles to Washington at a time when our future and our values are in peril. That’s why I’m endorsing David Dewhurst for Senate.
It’s time that we bring back the Reagan ideas of economic freedom and low taxes to Congress, and David Dewhurst is the person to do it.
Imagine a balanced federal budget. As Lt. Governor, David has balanced every state budget without raising taxes.
Traveling numerous times to the Lone Star State, I have seen that the saying “everything is bigger in Texas” absolutely includes Texas’ values. We cannot afford to send to Washington a leader without these fundamental values during these trying times.
